Why we collect, hold, use and disclose personal information

Personal information is shared through the Platform by Customers to other Customers and Subscribers when they connect and engage. The personal information that is shared this way is limited to a public profile (anonymous) or the Customer’s personal profile which provides the Customer’s real name and picture. The Customer decides what level of personal information is shared by each connection – by deciding to connect with either their public or personal profile.  A Subscriber may view a Customer’s profiles (either public or personal) and all the experiences the Subscriber has had with the Customer. The Platform provides Subscribers with interactions counts (e.g. views, shares and saves by piece of content – not by Customer). Once connected, other Subscribers and Customers can view a Customer’s connections (other Customers, businesses & charities) and summary statistics about their engagement with businesses and charities, namely, number of experiences, introductions, referrals and rewards.
